[烘焙實驗場] Cheese spiral scone

1. butter 40g (cut into small pieces about 1 cubic cm)
2. plain flour 300g
3. baking powder 1 tablespoon
4. a pinch of salt
5. milk 200ml
6. cheese 50g (break into pieces too)
7. parsley

Preheat the oven for 220℃.
Mix the flour and baking powder, and then sieve into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and mix together. Rub the butter by fingers in flour until disappeared in the powder. Add milk and mix by a spoon. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle some flour. Roll the dough to form a 25x20cm plane. Sprinkle cheese and parsley on the plane surface and then roll it up. Divide and cut into 12 spiral pieces. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden on surface.
